I instantly thought I found Heaven on Earth when I had discovered Asheville back in 2013!!! So many restaurants with gluten free menus, raw foods, yoga hubs, acupuncture centers and just this incredible vibe of artistry and nature. It was absolutely irresistible and stunning... I always thought that people who lived in Asheville were the luckiest people on Earth. One can immediately notice that the people of Asheville LOVE being here. Today, almost 5 years later, I still feel the same way. Originally I was born and lived in the former Soviet Union for nearly two decades. Later, my husband and I resided in Knoxville, TN for over 20 years where I owned and operated a large Urgent Care facility as a Nurse Practitioner. I truly enjoyed working with my patients, especially when I was able to make a significant difference in their lives. Currently, I am taking time off from the medical field and trying to focus on my other passion which is Real Estate. I always said it would not be realistic for me to buy all the homes that I really liked. Instead, I could find these home fine owners!!! In most instances, I look at Real Estate as an opportunity to grow one's capital. I think it is imperative to know and understand your market; and that not all markets are created equally. I also understand and appreciate the fact that buying a personal home is one of the largest investments most people do. This is why I would not be timid to negotiate on your behalf!!! As a business owner with many years of experience, I am accustomed to dealing with contracts and negotiations, leases and property management, and doing extensive research on products and market evaluations.
