We feel really lucky that we got connected with Irene online. She was extremely thorough and honest through the entire home buying process, and she really looked out for us every step of the way. We are from California, and we didn't realize that some areas of Pittsburgh had problems with flooding, so Irene was really good about thoroughly checking every basement and garage to make sure that water damage wouldn't be an issue for us in our new home. Something we never would have thought of, but it really provided peace of mind for us. She was extremely knowledgable about every neighborhood in the South Hills, and she really helped us to narrow down our search to the perfect area for us. As a plus, she was also SO great with our kids when we had to bring them along to viewings and closing. She left an impression on them and made house hunting exciting for them as well! The entire process of purchasing was also extremely smooth and easy - we were able to review and sign documents from our house, and she was there for us every hour of the day when we had questions. Irene was fantastic. Being a first time home buyer she made the process incredibly easy for my wife and I. She had a ton of great advice for us and pointed out things in the houses we saw we never even thought to ask about.
