We live in a tourist area so many of our clients are out of state that looking to move here or purchase an investment or a vacation home. Working with clients that are visiting only for a short time, we value their time and work around their schedule, including the weekends.

Each transaction is unique and different. The best ones are when sellers get their top dollar with the least amount of stress. A few weeks ago we listed a cabin in a popular resort, received 2 asking price offers in less than 24 hours and closing in a few days.

I started in Real Estate almost 10 Years ago , when majority of Realtors were leaving the industry. Working through some challenging times, I value every single client and their need. Several years later, when my business was becoming more and more established, my husband Tim McCoy joined me and we are working together as a team on the same principles. Currently more than 50% of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals, and that type of trust means the word to us.

Irena McCoy was studying Business Management and Economics in Vilnius University and has extensive marketing skills. Tim and Irena attend TN REALTOR Conventions yearly to obtain additional knowledge and skills in today's technology, marketing, negotiations, Real Estate Laws and so much more to better serve their clients.
