I've been working the Boone/Ames/Central Iowa market for 7 years now and I am well versed in our booming buying and selling real estate market. I'm passionate about being the best Realtor I can be! My daughter, Danielle, who was 4 when we moved here and is now 24, was raised here and continues to live in this great community, she is now married to her husband Spencer and made me a grandma with their son River. My significant other, Kendall and I spending our free time, taking rides on his motorcycle and experiencing new adventures together when time permits. I share my home with my 2 spoiled cats, Oscar and Delilah and I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle including running - I have completed 10 half marathons and numerous 5k and 10k races in the past 6 years. I've literally run circles in and around the city of Boone. Insun helped me understand everything from start to finish. It didnt matter what time of day, she was always available to answer any questions. She helped me navigate the whole house buying process, always had my best interest in mind, and worked with the sellers to get what I was asking for. InSun went the extra mile finding things out for us as they came along in the buying and selling process. She was quick to get back to us and didn't leave us hanging with questions unanswered. Even after my house was bought and I was living in it, InSun was still there as my realtor. I contacted her with something that we were very unhappy about that I didn't realize before the sale happened, and she went back to the previous owners and told them what we wanted and expected. Even though the previous owners agreed, they did not immediately take care of the problem. InSun kept working on the issue, and she did not stop until it was taken care of.Buying my new home in 2020 was the 2nd time that I chose InSun to be my realtor. I had also used her back in 2013, and my son chose her as his realtor as well. She has gained a ton of knowledge and experience. She didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions, and she knew the answers to all of the questions I asked relating to the sell and buy process.

InSun always kept us abreast of what was happening and responded to any questions we had immediately. She sold our house in three days on the contingency of the buyer selling their house. Then with effort and foresight, she sold their house the day it was put on the market. She made the process as convenient for us as possible by bringing all the paperwork to us and explained the fine print. InSun is very personable and was a pleasure to work with.
