We worked with Imelda Santana in purchasing a rental property in Solano or Yolo counties. We found her to be very communicative and punctual, and aggressive in looking for houses for us to consider. She was always available for questions from us, and in the rare instance when she was not available by phone or text, she returned our calls very quickly. Her advice on the condition of the houses and the neighborhoods proved to be accurate, as were her suggestions on the amounts to offer the sellers. Also, since she had a background in banking, she was able to make valuable suggestions on financing. We enjoyed working with her and were able to bring our search to a successful conclusion, with a minimum of time involved in closing the deal on a house in Fairfield. Her willingness to work with us on weekends and after hours was, in large measure, responsible for the speed in which we were able to identify and purchase a property in a very difficult real estate market.
