We had a wonderful experience working with Ilona Fedorko. When we met Ilona, we instantly knew that she was going to take care of us and had our best interests in mind when showing us houses. She immediately found us a variety of houses for us to choose from and helped us narrow down what was really important for our family when purchasing a home. Every weekend for weeks, she spent showing us multiple houses. We took our 3 kids on most showings and she always made them feel so welcome. They were just as excited to see her as she was to see them. When we would start getting discouraged that we weren't finding what we were looking for at the price we wanted, Ilona would always stay positive and tell us it was going to happen and we would find our house. She would immediately start sending more houses our way to look at and never stopped sending us options. When we finally found the house we wanted, Ilona couldn't have made the process any easier. She got us an amazing deal and helped us every step of the way. She answered ALL of our questions and made the process as seamless and stress free as possible.
