My family and I feel very fortunate and blessed to have found such a great realtor, Ilde Cruz, who helped us locate and buy the perfect property within our budget to start our dream farm in Tennessee.Ilde came highly recommended, and we can see why, as he is skilled, knowledgeable, professional and on point with all things real estate related. And yes, I did like it (very much) so my family and I put in an offer and it was accepted. We later heard that Ilde was correct: somebody else had submitted an offer just after us, but we were the first in line, all because of our realtor's foresight and strategic planning.I can't say enough good things about Ilde Cruz. He even knows about farming and animals, which is very useful for our situation.
