My family and I feel very fortunate and blessed to have found such a great realtor, Ilde Cruz, who helped us locate and buy the perfect property within our budget to start our dream farm in Tennessee.Ilde came highly recommended, and we can see why, as he is skilled, knowledgeable, professional and on point with all things real estate related. He is also very caring and committed to his clients, as we can attest that he was always there for us whenever we needed him. In fact, he was the reason we were able to make our particular purchase, because Ilde scheduled our viewing of the property before any other potential buyer had a chance to view it. Ilde and I arrived early at the farm, we toured the land and house, and then Idle made it clear that the property was underpriced and would sell almost immediately, suggesting I make an offer right away if I liked it. And yes, I did like it (very much) so my family and I put in an offer and it was accepted. We later heard that Ilde was correct: somebody else had submitted an offer just after us, but we were the first in line, all because of our realtor's foresight and strategic planning.I can't say enough good things about Ilde Cruz. He even knows about farming and animals, which is very useful for our situation. So thank you again, Ilde, for your insight, your guidance and your invaluable expertise, which led me and my family to make the happiest, most impactful real estate purchase possible.
