ZillowVERIFIEDIan is a man of integrity. He had our best interest at all times, and we knew he would do the right thing for us. We werent able to secure a house during our short visit, despite valiant efforts (offering $80K more and being one of 18 to get rejected??), so we relied on Ian to be our eyes and ears from long-distance. He patiently worked through a multitude of house options that we identified, insightfully giving us pros and cons for each option. He visited many of them for us and did virtual walk-thrus. He pointed us to a house that we immediately liked, and did a virtual walk-thru, pointing out all of our required features, additional nice features that werent on our list, and a few cosmetic things wed have to update. Due to his extensive experience, he knew how to place a fair bid, which was accepted. Were thrilled to have met Ian and his team.
