Anytime we had questions about a property he would find out in a timely manner. Once we found the house we wanted to purchase, Hunter effectively guided us through the offer stage and into listing our current residence to take advantage of the new year market. Managing the milestones on both houses was difficult since we have busy lives; however, Hunter made sure we weren't overwhelmed and never missed a contractual date.
