After a frustrating experience with a different realtor, someone gave us a recommendation to use Kate as our buyers agent. Our experience with her was great! She gave us tours of about 15 different homes until we found the one that was just right for us. She was very patient when the first several homes were not what we were looking for. Once she got an idea of what we were looking for, she would alert us as soon as any new homes were put on the market. Once we finally found the right place, she was very helpful in walking us through the process since we were first time home buyers. She was very responsive. I never got a high pressure feeling from her like I did the other realtor that we dealt with. She actually seemed interested in helping us find the home that was just right for us, instead of only being interested in making a sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house.
