History
Established in 2007.
We began as a team on the time the market was crashing, we didn't know better but we quickly found out that with our training and knowledge in business and customer service we were able to help a lot of home owners either to keep their homes or sell it an take away the burdens of the situation they were living into, in the way of doing that we saved a lot of families and matrimony's. Our training and new experiences took us to also be part of a wonderful REO (Foreclosure) Team where we help many buyers find the home of their dreams and we became part of HUD REO team. At the same time we were helping people accomplishing their goals we were creating wonderful friendships and relationships with people. What's amazing today is that throughout the years we have received many referrals, even the kids of the first clients we have, have bought their first home with us and the circle continues today. I love when I am able to help my client reach their goals either by selling their home or helping the buy a home. It is excited to let them know that Escrow closed and I can no take their keys away to give them to the new owner or give the keys to the new house or investment.
I was because once I was selling my property and a Real estate agent came to show my property and as they came they never read the instructions on the MLS letting them know that there was a dog in the property. Agent came in opened the house for his clients and when they found out the house had a Dog they left the house in a hurry and with it all the doors open, because we were at work we didn't know the house was opened and the agent never called my agent. So when we came home we noticed the doors were opened and our dog was gone! Our dog was part of the family and it was a very sad experience for my wife and I and my kids. Little latter on after we came home I got a call from the Dog pound letting us know that the found our dog by the freeway entrance and they were not able to resuscitate him. We were very sad and after that moment my wife and I promised ourselves to never ever do that to someone and since then we got out license and always make sure that all the pets inside any property we show has the doors locked and all the pets are inside!
Yes, we keep having training every month to make sure we give our clients the VIP class service they deserve. We have gone to training from all the basic Real Estate courses to personal training to keep ourselves in the know with the newest marketing and trends in the market. We attend our company training once a week for any changes. Our industry is always changing and we always need to keep informed to service our clients.
