I love when I am able to help my client reach their goals either by selling their home or helping the buy a home. It is excited to let them know that Escrow closed and I can no take their keys away to give them to the new owner or give the keys to the new house or investment.
I was because once I was selling my property and a Real estate agent came to show my property and as they came they never read the instructions on the MLS letting them know that there was a dog in the property. Agent came in opened the house for his clients and when they found out the house had a Dog they left the house in a hurry and with it all the doors open, because we were at work we didn't know the house was opened and the agent never called my agent. So when we came home we noticed the doors were opened and our dog was gone! Our dog was part of the family and it was a very sad experience for my wife and I and my kids. Little latter on after we came home I got a call from the Dog pound letting us know that the found our dog by the freeway entrance and they were not able to resuscitate him. We were very sad and after that moment my wife and I promised ourselves to never ever do that to someone and since then we got out license and always make sure that all the pets inside any property we show has the doors locked and all the pets are inside!
Yes, we keep having training every month to make sure we give our clients the VIP class service they deserve. We have gone to training from all the basic Real Estate courses to personal training to keep ourselves in the know with the newest marketing and trends in the market. We attend our company training once a week for any changes. Our industry is always changing and we always need to keep informed to service our clients.
