Did not know exactly what to expect as this was our first home buying experience, but WOW, Hugo went above and beyond our expectations. We originally had a 21 day close, however, we are looking at an even shorter sale as the documentation and data gathering process went incredibly smooth. Everything was done expediently with no error. Quality in which Hugo and his team presented themselves was extraordinary. Excellent communications all around. We will definitely use Hugo again in the future for selling and buying.

I was completely blown away by the sheer velocity in which Hugo closed on our home. We made our first offer on 9/24, it is now 10/5 and we are nearly through with our 21 day close. Everything was sent to us in an orderly fashion, anything we had questions about were rectified and or explained within a few minutes of our query. If you want a speedy home buying process with great quality, Hugo is the realtor to go to.
