It was our first time selling a house and Hortencia was referred to us through a friend. I am SO glad we had her as our Realtor, she understands the challenges and the opportunities the market presents and is very smart about how to approach the sale in the best way for the client's needs, not her own or the company's. I would have walked away with 10k less if I hadn't taken Hortencia's advice. She is responsive but does not overwhelm with all the details all it one time and she walks you through literally every step of the process. I can't say enough good things about her and will go back to her for my next purchase!
