Michelle Poplin has over 25 years of experience and was licensed in South Dakota and Kansas before moving to Oklahoma. Michelle recently moved to Northwest Arkansas and has obtained her real estate license. She is also active and retains her license in Oklahoma. She is able to provide extensive knowledge and expertise in all areas of real estate. From staging a home to negotiating a contract, she vows to always go the extra mile for her clients. Throughout her career, Michelle has become a multi-million dollar producer. Michelle specializes in selling single family homes, luxury homes, investment properties and new construction. Her energy, dedication, and creativity allow her to excel in the field she is passionate about. Michelle has been with Chinowth & Cohen in Tulsa, OK since February, 2006 and Thrive Real Estate since December, 2020. Michelle is able to provide assistance in both states. She currently resides in Bella Vista, Arkansas with her husband of 32 years. Kassie Honey graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S degree in Interior Design and Facility Management. After graduating, she was employed in the building and remodeling industry where she helped her clients select materials and finishes for their homes. She loves working with all types of people and utilizing her problem solving skills to make sure her clients are happy at the end of the process. Her background in sales, new construction, remodeling, and design let her to enter into the real estate field. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs.

It was our first time purchasing and Kassie was so helpful, thorough, had the knowledge and negotiating! It wont be our last purchase and we will always use Kassie with Thrive! We cant thank her enough for her help during this process! Although it was an easy one, it was also a challenging one and Kassie did wonderful with keeping up with the sellers and communicating between us in this transaction. 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking to sell/buy!

Working with Kassie was a delight. She's responsive, attentive, and resourceful. I was purchasing my house from out of state last February. She set up a video call, commuted to the property and showed it via cell phone. It was a very windy, cold day but she didn't hesitate to walk the grounds and show me areas I was concerned about. Kassie was also responsive when I only had one day available to personally visit the property. In this tight seller's market, I know that I wouldn't now own my amazing beautiful Northwest Arkansas property if it hadn't been for Kassie! I highly recommend giving her a call!
