Holly Mitchell

Holly Mitchell has been thinking about houses for almost 30 years. Her work began during a master's thesis and dissertation on widows' ownership of property in colonial America. Her husband Will was happy when she stopped studying widowhood. In 2002, she and Will formed an appraisal company and she worked as a residential appraiser across southern Maine for 10 years, valuing over 2500 homes and learning a great deal about many communities. Wanting to work for people instead of banks, in 2010 Holly joined Keller Williams and began work as a Realtor, winning the "Rookie of the Year" award. Since then she has helped over 300 hundred families buy, sell and invest in real estate. Her favorite statistic is this: over 86 percent of her business comes from past clients and referrals. The trust others place in her is what she values most. In 2017 she helped found the Abode Group at Keller Williams, an exciting new group committed to working together to serve clients at an exceptionally high level. She describes this as a power house group of like-minded agents working together to help others. In her spare time she serves as Vice President of the Board at Maine Preservation and has served for several years on the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams. She enjoys the outdoors of Maine, though considers herself exceptionally un-athletic. Holly and Will have two children. Hannah, who is pursuing her Masters at Trinity College Dublin and Miles, a Sophomore in college in Rome, Italy. They also have Otter and Mingo, both sweet and sometimes naughty golden retrievers.
