Holly Milstead

Holly started her real estate career in 1989 and has been a consistent top performer since. Holly joined her parents in the family business as the most recent addition to a long history of Milsteads in real estate. Holly's reputation for family values and genuine concern for each and every client has earned her the trust and support of not only her clients but also her peers. In 1991, the Milsteads bought a Coldwell Banker franchise, making their office Coldwell Banker Milstead Real Estate. At the end of the franchise agreement, Holly and her team joined Keller Williams Realty in 2001 and continues to live by her promise to clients; 'I will not sell you a home that I would not be proud to sell for you later.' Holly and her parents have grown The Milstead Team to six licensed Realtors. The professionalism and common goals shared by the team make for a great partnership and a combined 130+ years of experience. The team includes two Listing agents, a Buyer's agent, one Licensed Administrative Assistant/ Transaction Coordinator. Education is a top priority for Holly. She has earned a CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist), a GRI, (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), ABR, (Accredited Buyer Specialist), and multiple other Relocation Certifications. The CRS designation is only held by the top 3% of Realtors in the nation. The GRI designation is held by the top 11% and the ABR is earned by only the top 15%. Other credentials held by Holly are Luxury Homes Specialist, Certified Residential Marketing Specialist, Certified Property Specialist and Historical Home Specialist among others. Holly has a degree from Texas State University Holly specializes in McKinney, Frisco, Allen, Plano, Prosper, Celina, Fairview, Lucas, Anna, Melissa and also the remainder of Collin and Denton Counties. As a lifetime resident of McKinney, Holly understands the inner workings of the community and is able to use her knowledge of the past and present to give the best advice to her clients. One of the many things Holly has developed over the years is a strong bond with the community. Being involved with many of the community initiatives is a passion for Holly. She has been a member of Rotary International since 1995, The McKinney Chamber of Commerce since 1989, provided numerous volunteer hours and support for Habitat for Humanity and The Samaritan Inn. Holly is also a past graduate of Leadership McKinney. Holly's success as a Realtor can be attributed to her strong family values, genuine concern for her clients, use of state of the art technology, commitment to marketing, internet presence and a sincere love for real estate. Holly's achievements in the Real Estate community have been recognized in many ways over the past 20 years. In 2006 Holly was named by D Magazine as one of Dallas' Top 50 Real Estate Agents and has received this recognition again every year since 2007.
