Holly Hultgren

If you know anything about being part of a military family, then you already know a lot about me! I'm used to moving...and often! But after returning to Rapid City in 2002, I now call this area 'Home'. As a full time Realtor for over ten years, I offer a wealth of knowledge and experience to my clients. Being part of the Kahler Team allows me to provide the 'best of the best' in service and care throughout the entire process... And beyond! My background includes earning a BA degree in Business Management from Wayne State College in Nebraska. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked in administration and retail and also ran my own tax preparation business. After getting my real estate license, I went on to receive designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), one of the highest designations in the industry. I have also completed BOLD training with Keller Williams. My husband Scott and I have raised three children and a few pets. I have been involved in several Habitat for Humanity home build projects, and currently serve on the board at Crossroads Wesleyan Church, as well as Vice-Pres of Springbrook Acres HOA. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, and biking and have completed the 109-mile Mickelson Trail Trek ten times. I love the Black Hills area and look forward to helping clients achieve their real estate goals as part of the best real estate team in town!
