We were out priced in the last 2state we were looking in and a friend recently bought a ghouseusing holli and she offered to help us even though it was not her normal area. Above and beyond. She was very knowledgeable about a area she did not live in and helped so much. We have never been to montana before and we were able to negotiate and visit our property right before signing. She drove 3hrs to be apart of it and that was wonderful.
