We met her through our mortgage lender. They asked if we had a realtor, and we said no, and so Holly was given as a recommendation. Lets start with what a handful I am. I want what I want, when I want it, and that is usually RIGHT NOW. We started working with her last year (2023) and went to see houses. The housing market was brutal. Many houses were on the market and then pending withing hours! We looked at a few, and I got frustrated, so we decided to let it go and try again in 2024. Well, 2024 came around and Holly checked in with us. We started looking for a house, and I sent her list upon list of houses I wanted to see. I said I would see them, and if it was fabulous, I would video call my husband. In full transparency, we were not looking for a high dollar home. We wanted something we could pay off in 15 years, and we have no children living at home, so we capped out at $200K. So, its not like we were a big commission checkaEUR|at all. There were some houses we walked in, and I was instantly saying aEURoeNopeaEUR?, and we would turn around and leave. She was so incredibly accommodating and upbeat. The house buying process is not a fun time when negotiations are on the table, and I snapped with snarky comments a few times, and she just maintained being upbeat and positive. She answers every text, every call, and will go the extra mile to help you review documents, and make sure you understand what you are signing, and if things arent adding up for you in your head, she takes the time to walk you through it until it makes sense. She is the absolute best! She worked with us, even when I had a snarky attitude, and just kept being a ray of sunshine through the process. We laughed a lot through the process, and when something didnt look right when looking at houses, we would talk about it, and she would give her opinion. She seems to know a million people, so anything that needs to be done on the house, she has recommendations on who you can use! Even after the sale, she continued to check in and make sure we had what we need, and to see when our move in date was, and just to check on us in general. She is so kind, caring, and always going above and beyond! I cannot say enough nice things about it. As you go through the process of gaining a house, you also gain a friend! She was truly an amazing part of the experience.
