She took the time to ask about our needs and goals and, most importantly, followed up with by mailing us personalized thank you cards and additional information after we visited her property. She made several trips up to our house (about 45 minutes away) to meet with us and discuss the buying/selling process. In both the buying/selling processes, she helped us navigate some unforeseen issues that might have otherwise been dealbreakers. Hillary was always incredibly responsive and communicative with us. She would always call back instantly if we had a question. She made it feel like we were the only clients that she was working with. I don't have enough good things to say about our experience working with Hillary. She truly puts in the work and has the experience to handle all the ups and downs of the home buying process.
