ZillowVERIFIEDWas more worried about getting paid. She did not tell me about double agency during her representation. I found out after reading the purchase agreement in length. She then haggled over the dollar amount even though she was earning both seller and buyer commission. Almost canceled the sale. Had to keep calling her to get updates. Not recommended.

She is not pushy, she is very professional and knows her stuff , but most important she is a good person that you can trust! She will treat you like family and do what is best for you. She isn't just looking for a pay check like other realtors. Hilda got me my dream home for 13k less than asking price and she sold my other house for 5k over appraisal. besides that she got me offers over asking price in less than 24 hours. I would recommend her to my friends and family.
