I couldn't have been happier with my realtor, Sedat. As a first-time home buyer, I needed guidance as I was filled with questions about the entire home-buying process. Sedat was incredibly patient, walking me through the process step-by-step and answering each of my questions. Sedat's expertise extended to not only the market but also the intricate details of the house. Each house we went to, I was given a detailed description of every aspect of the house we saw, whether the appliances were too old or the windows weren't in great enough shape, Sedat was able to pick out each detail and possible problems that I wouldn't have known otherwise. These tips and advice became invaluable as it helped me find the house that I loved. We had the pleasure of engaging with Kara to sell our old home and help us find a new one. We had been trying, without success, to sell our old home for well over a year. Kara was recommended to us as someone who could make things happen and she did. Despite our old home being nearly 3 hours from her office, I think she was at the house prepping to re-list it more in the first 3 weeks than our previous, local realtor had been in a year. The experience was night and day: professionally shot photos and video, promoting the property with local realtors, advertising, and working with our broker to be able to offer financing incentives. Kara gave us expert advice every step of the way, and within a few months we finally sold our white elephant in a dead market. Then came the fun part: looking for a new home. Kara took what we were looking for in a new place and crafted a custom search that zeroed in on homes that met our criteria. The second week of searching, our dream home appeared in the search. Kara was able to arrange an immediate showing, and just 3 days after the home listed, we made an offer, but we werent the first to the table. Fortunately, Kara had already established a rapport with the sellers agent and was able to glean enough information to help us craft the winning offer. We close next week, less than 3 weeks from first seeing the listing for the perfect home.
