Herb Saenz is a real estate professional who helps buyers and sellers make educated life changing decisions. Because of the complicated nature of a real estate transaction, Herb knows that proactively informing his clients will create a more seamless and stress free experience. Herb is a Midland county native that provides real estate services throughout the Tri-Cities. Earlier in his career Herb studied at Delta College and Northwood University earning a Bachelors of Business Administration and Management. In Herb's free time he can be found racing around to various baseball tournaments cheering on his nephew, spending time with friends and family, and experiencing different parts of our lovely state throughout the summer months.
