Edward is an amazing professional, realtor and human being! He helped me search and ultimately secure a home for my two daughters and me. We were under some time pressure due to the sale of our family home and move in about 45 days away. Exemplary, is not strong enough to express our feelings towards Edward. He has changed how we view real estate professionals. Through our year-long search to find a home, he showed us so many houses. He discussed price points and things that would be dealbreakers. He helped us wire three separate offers on homes and finally prevailing on a wonderful townhome in Bethesda under budget and under appraisal value. During negotiations, successfully negotiated for a new roof. Additionally, he found a pinhole leak above the basement ceiling during final walkthrough.
