I had a great experience working with Heilla. Being a first time home buyer we didn?t know a lot of things going in, but Heilla was always patient and willing to answer all our questions. She navigated us through the whole process and helped us land our dream house. We toured a lot of houses with her and after the first couple of houses she knew exactly what we were looking for and what our taste was like. She was always on top of things and she kept us informed about every single thing that was going on. The current market is very competitive and it feels like there is no hope in sight but get yourself an agent like Heilla and she will make it so much easier for you. Five stars all the way! From the first time I met Heilla; we knew she was the one for us! She listened to what what we wanted and provided us with options and was very knowledgeable. Both Heilla and Jake knew the area and had experience with the process. They were flexible when it came to looking at homes and answered all our questions!! It didn?t matter the day or time. With their knowledge and expertise; we closed in under 30 days! I never had one thing to worry about. Friendly demeanor and professional; but also down to earth! She?s now a great friend!!
