Personal Background: I live in rural Carver County with my husband Glenn. We have a combined family of 6 children, who are all finally out on their own. We have both lived in this area all our lives. Glenn is a third generation farmer and I am a farmer's daughter, become farmer's wife. Our family enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, biking and 4-wheelin'. Glenn and I have purchased several homes and refurbished them, so I also have some knowledge about construction and rehab. We recently remodeled Glenn's family farm house as our own home. I am a council member at West Union Church , serve the communities homeless population through Families Moving Forward and school volunteer. I enjoy being active in other community activities. We are licensed foster parents and do respite care for children in crisis. I think this is a great area to raise a family and am proud to be a part of this growing community!
