We are in the perfect house for us because of Heidi! After casually meeting at an open house, talking for almost and hour, and taking her business card, it was within the next hour that we called her asking to help us put an offer on a house. As millennial first time homebuyers, we were not at all prepared to put an offer in, but she was incredibly patient and consultative with us as we scrambled to get our paperwork together to put an offer in. While we lost the first offer due to an overly competitive situation, we gained Heidi as our partner and agent over the next few months in our search. Not even a year from when we first met Heidi, we are now in a wonderful house and can proudly call Heidi our agent, neighbor, and friend.
