Heidi understood our unique needs. She suggested a home that was not originally on our list. But knowing our budget and aversion to high maintenance, Heidi found the perfect home.In a competitive market she suggested the offer we should make which was above the asking price, and bingo it was accepted despite there being multiple offers.
