Heidi & the Kohala Pacific Realty team is DA BEST! I met Heidi through Zillow, when we requested to look at a property. We definitely got the luck of the draw! I knew the day I met Heidi, she was good people. And everyone she has referred us to are the same. Heidi kept us informed of new properties popping up right away. We had looked at several homes before buying. Here on this side of the island, the homes are each unique and not cookie-cutter. It took more time than expected to sort out what we thought we could live with and what we actually could. After working with her for over a year, she got to know us and our wants pretty well. A home that we liked very much, that was taken off the Market, came back on a few months later. Heidi didnt hesitate to let us know the home was back up. Heidi was thorough with directions, tasks & keeping us up on dates & deadlines. There were a few challenges that popped up as they often do. Heidi was super professional & patient in handling them. I honestly couldn?t say that I would have been as patient if I had to deal with them myself. Claire, her right hand gal, was and is such a great help. In the end when it came to transitioning the home, she made sure we didn?t miss a beat & would follow through to help make sure all the details were done. Even after the purchase, when moving in, we didn?t have some of the basics to stay comfortably the first night. Claire went above and beyond to make sure we had a good nights stay. They didn?t leave us hanging once the sale closed. I knew we got a winner with Heidi & the team.

Heidi and Claire were amazing!! Claire showed me several options that were well suited to what I was looking for and showed me homes that hit my ?must-haves? and then some. I left my house hunting trip feeling like I had options. When I selected the one I intend to make my forever home, Claire and Heidi guided me through the offer, negotiation and purchase process with ease. This is the first time I?ve done a real estate transaction from a distance, and they made it super easy. They were super responsive by email and text, and their knowledge of the local market was incredibly useful throughout the process. As my purchase was about 6 months before I could move into the home, I am also working with Kohala Pacific Realty to oversee work on the home in preparation for my move. They are making me feel so well taken care of, and supported as I prepare to move in. I can?t say enough good things about how easy they?ve made this all for me and I will remain grateful for all of their assistance and support!!

Being mainland (our immediate agent and ourselves) we were tasked with selling my wifes parents home, but we did not live on island. Claire was our go to selling agent with boots on the ground and extensive island knowledge. She managed all aspects of the property sale with great insight on the needs of island property seeking buyers while addressing a multitude of issues we were dealing with.. Completely open and honest, and fully transparent in all aspects of actions required to move the property. Always responsive and available via text, phone or emaill. We never required any follow-up. Magic happened. Claire was just an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Claire was easy to work with. She was patient, kind and a good listener. Her experience and professionalism gave us the confidence we needed to move forward with the purchase.
