I was randomly assigned to Heidi when I expressed interest in a property listed on Zillow. I was looking to buy a 2nd home to be near my grandson. From the beginning, Heidi went out of her way to accommodate me, since I lived in another state. She volunteered to go by and video a walk-through of the home I was interested in. She did this a number of times for me, always listening closely to my responses to the properties, so she could hone into ones I would be most inclined to see. She willingly included my son in our communications as well. When I was in town, Heidi showed professionalism, knowledge of the market in the area, and friendliness. She was able to answer any question I had, gave me informed and accurate advice, walked me through the process of putting in a contract (3 times before I got the house of my dreams!), and was able to refer me to all kinds of specialists, from mortgage lenders, to appraisers, insurance, etc. She made what could have been a difficult experience an enjoyable and ultimately successful one. I feel very lucky that Heidi was the one who answered my first query.

Heidi recently helped me find and purchase my first house and she was really great to work with! She is very knowledgeable and was helpful in getting various inspections scheduled, and she was very responsive and on top of things throughout the entire process. Heidi was also instrumental in making sure I was able to close on time after the bank messed up some of the closing paperwork. I highly recommend her!
