Heidi did a great job helping us find the ideal new home for us in a new town. We had a very short timeframe in which to close on the purchase without incurring significant transition expense. She took the time to understand our needs and then used her area knowledge to provide information on many options before we arrived so that our tour of homes super efficient. We had our new home selected and under contract in less than a week and we did not feel rushed. Issues with the buyer of our previous home had the potential to derail our purchase but Heidi deftly made sure we kept the purchase on track. We moved on our original date. Thanks Heidi!

Usually I dont find myself writing many reviews. However, I constantly, consistently had to say, aEURoeThank you, thank you, thank you!aEUR? to Bill Martin. Bill sold our condo with requested appointment only guidelines. Therefore, it required him to be responsive/available for appointments and indeed he was. My husband and I were in New York during the bulk of the activities and transactions. Consequently, Bill was instrumental in scheduling repairs and anything else required for the closing. Currently, we are in the process of purchasing a new condo, with limited time in Florida and Covid restrictions, Bill ultimately handled/handles numerous compulsories for this new purchase. He was and is our eyes and ears...advocate. Bill is a diligent, deft, meticulous, knowledgeable, respectful and sincere person, professional!! He goes over beyond to ensure things go smoothly.
