Heidi is a true professional and talented at what she does! She's kind, considerate, and welcomed any and all questions I had during the buying process. We had a MN to MI move, so there was a lot of timing related issues at hand, that she handled with ease. Most of our communication took place via text messages (which I loved!), emails, and phone calls. It's sometimes difficult for people to express themself without being in-person, but I knew that Heidi had the expertise and upbeat personality to make this an enjoyable process! Five stars all around!
