The homes all looked staged whether they were $150,000 or $ 500,000. That plus her sales record of homes sold recently, and the fact that her homes did not stay on MLS very long,and that there were little to no price reductions made me realize that she knew what she was doing and priced the homes correctly to sell fast despite the currant market.It was a complete pleasure from start to finish working with Heidi.
