Heidi was recommended by a local friend who was in the same house selling situation as we were previously and she did not disappoint! Heidi priced it to sell quickly, fairly and based on median prices for the style / age of the house, we had 8 offers on the very next Monday after listing it on Friday. We agreed to sell to a local buyer for 35% over asking with a substantial "Ernest Money" deposit. This was not the highest offer, but based on her experience, the top offer had red flags in which Heidi explained in detail what could happen to the deal based on these issues. It closed on time with no issues and she with our legal team performed flawlessly (we are living out of state). We would highly recommend Heidi Brooks for any real estate transactions as she kept us informed on status, had no problem areas delaying the closing date and was just an outstanding sellers agent for us.
