We listed our late mother's house with Heidi in 2020 a few weeks before the quarantine. We live in the KC metro area, and the house was in Abilene. The house was part of an estate and this presented its own set of challenges for the sale. And of course the quarantine that occurred shortly after listing was difficult. Nonetheless, Heidi was undeterred by these challenges and stuck with us through to the sale of the house. She worked with us to navigate the estate process. She coached us on the sale during the quarantine, connected us to the right support people in Abilene, provided valuable expertise on how to efficiently prepare the house for sale, and worked closely with the buyer's agent to help match the house to the buyer's needs. Most notedly, she diligently advocated for us during the estate and sale process. I am glad to have worked with and gotten to know Heidi during this sale and I would highly recommend her and her agency.
