This is literally the 4th time my wife and I used Heide Hanley's services and it's because she really is THAT GOOD!! She helped us to buy a home in Boulder City 5 years ago, helped us to sell my in-laws home in Henderson about a year later, helped us to sell our Boulder City home in January 2025 and then helped us to close on a new one in the same town at the end of February. What makes her so good you might ask? First and foremost, she is ALWAYS on top of everything and does an outstanding job of communicating with you and promptly, all along the way. A very close second, she is extremely knowledgeable about the market and the neighborhood. We've found that she always provide the BEST advice on what the value of a home is and how best to proceed and she literally knows just about everyone you could possibly need to fix or make improvements to your new home and how to get things setup. And, if you're new to the area, she can definitely point you to all the right homes you might be interested and with an keen understanding of what street you'd really want to be on and why. I really can't recommend Heide's services more.
