I wanted to purchase a second home in Arizona and was referred to Hector. I live in California but he handled everything so well, visiting several properties that I might be interested in before I made my decision. Once I chose the property, the transaction was not stressful at all and went smoothly. I sold the same property five years later, and once again everything went great. House sold in one day!
