Maria Villicana, is exceptional. She is 100% honest she's one of the very few agents that I know that will go into a house and if something needs to be done we'll do it herself to try to make the house so quick. Motivated Mo is driven to meet the needs of his clients. Hes hard working and willing to take calls anytime day or night in order to get the job done. We came from out of state to check the hot real estate market in Visalia CA. Mo showed us 15 properties over a three-day weekend! Later when my wife had some questions about the layout of one of the properties wed seen, Mo walked around the house with FACETIME rolling and streamed the floorplan to her. Mo returned all our phone calls, texts, and e-mails on the same day. He and his staff provided a network of local professionals plus he recommended an excellent local loan officer. Ours was a VA Loan so it was necessary to have many different types of home inspections. Mo went above and beyond the call of duty by arranging and meeting the home inspector, termite inspector and swimming pool inspectors on our behalf. During escrow Mo worked with the seller to negotiate our contingencies to close the deal.

Mo was the perfect person to have during my first home buying experience. He was extremely diligent and kept us on track through the entire process, was very knowledgeable of the area, and communicated great with the sellers agent. Mo took me through the process and from the time I started talking to him to finding our home took 3 weeks and we closed in 6 weeks.
