Made lots of phone calls to make sure I was getting good deals on inspections etc, and explained things to me in a way that was very easy to understand. Being a first time home buyer I wasnt sure about a lot of it, and we definitely had some unusual things happen through the process. Heather was supportive through all of it, I believe there were several times she went above and beyond what her realtor duties covered.
