I have had the opportunity to work with Heather on both selling a home and purchasing a home. Heather was absolutely fabulous and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone with real estate needs. Her professionalism was outstanding throughout the entire process. She sold our home quickly and was an advocate for us the entire time. She was prompt, tenacious, thorough, and an excellent negotiator. Heather handled several details relating to it being a successful and timely closing, she went above and beyond-and both of us were extremely impressed. On acquiring a new home, she walked me through the process of a wholesale listing. After the deal was done and construction started, she was still there to provide information. She helped me choose a contractor and mortgage broker that would fit my needs. I did not know here previously, I met with her based off a cold-call note that she had sent to our home. I just wanted to gather information but again was extremely impressed with her knowledge of the market and the area. We were happy with every aspect of using Green Street and specifically Heather. I inquired on a property and Heather quickly returned my call. The specific property ended up being eliminated in that first conversation based upon our budget, but in the short time we spoke, it became very apparent that Heather was extremely knowledgeable about the area in which we were looking and of specific homes that were on the market or potentially coming to market. My wife and I abandoned the "we'll do the searching ourselves" and began looking with Heather's assistance.We are very particular about a number of factors, and found it difficult to help Heather prioritize for us. Despite how challenging I'm sure it was at times, she maintained her excellent and pleasant demeanor and continued introducing us to new properties, ideas, etc. The search was probably a year long before we found what we were looking for and we are ecstatic about where we are now. After helping negotiate and close on our new house, Heather went the extra mile, lining up vendors to do the ten to fifteen things we wanted to have done prior to move-in or soon thereafter. This saved us a ton of time and research that it wold have taken to check references and the like had we had to do this ourselves. She and/or members of her team even made themselves available to be on site at our house and facilitate the different work being done. This is part of the service provided that I share with others most; when it would have been easy to stop and move on to the next one, this follow through was the "cherry on top."Oh, and she helped sell our old house too! She and her team were tireless in hosting open houses and showing the property. She helped navigate the uniqueness of the house with potential suitors and once someone was lined up, pushed to a quick and painless close.In closing, Heather is one of those rare people who truly understands the value of relationships, understands that not all sales and purchases are part of a cookie cutter process - they are unique - and she adapts to provide the best experience possible!
