About Heather Walker

Since 2018, I've been deeply involved in real estate in Midland and Odessa, Texas (and the many great communities around. Our journey began in 2016 when we relocated from Wyoming to Texas, where we sold the home we'd built 15 years prior and purchased a resale home in Midland. It was a challenging experience, but it ignited my passion to assist others in navigating their real estate transitions with ease. My mission is to leverage my firsthand experiences to guide buyers and sellers through what can often be a stressful process, ensuring it's as smooth as possible. With a family of my own - including my husband Josh, our son, daughter, and three lively dogs - I understand the importance of finding the perfect home that suits everyone's needs. In 2018, encouraged by both my husband and a close friend, I took a leap of faith and obtained my real estate license. Since then, I've never looked back, recently achieving the milestone of becoming a Texas Broker. My approach is to simplify the complex real estate journey into digestible, manageable steps, ensuring my clients fully comprehend each phase from beginning to end. Education is a cornerstone of my practice, and I continuously strive to stay abreast of industry developments and market trends. Heather helped us with purchase of our home when we moved into the Midland area. She was helpful throughout the process as she worked to: - Understand what was most important in our new home. - Identify potential fits - Support us in a busy house finding visit with many viewings over a few days. - Help us through selection of different partners and companies throughout the process. In the Months afterwards Heather continued to help us with finding different support for updates, etc. we wanted to make to our home. We would recommend and use Heather again in the future.
