ZillowVERIFIEDTo say that Heather is an amazing agent would be a terrible understatement. I met Heather by chance while looking at a HUD owned property. She was very knowledgeable about the property and ins and outs of dealing with HUD. Even though I was out bid on the property, I decided to stick with Heather. She was upfront and honest on every property I looked at and spent countless hours and miles showing me 482 homes until I found the one. The thing that impressed me most about her was how she didnt treat me any differently than someone buying a house with a higher value. I was looking at fixer uppers in the $30-40k range which meant a lower commission for her. Not one time did I feel like I wasnt worth her time. I appreciate everything she did for me and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a real estate agent or broker. If I decide to sell, itll be with Heather!
