Heather Rawlings

Heather Dorf Rawlings is an agent with over 19 years of experience in the Vail Valley real estate market. She wasn't born in Vail, but only because there was no hospital here when she was born. Heather grew up here in the Vail Valley and, like her father Bob Dorf, attended The Lawrenceville School and then Middlebury College. After graduation, she worked in Mexico for over a year, and is completely bilingual. After returning to the Vail Valley, Heather got her real estate license, and has been working alongside Bob since 1999. Heather is married to an award-winning photographer, which ensures that your home will be portrayed in the best possible light. Bob and Heather were some of the first to employ the "team" concept, back in 1999. Working as a team for close to 20 years, they have served both buyers and sellers and gained a reputation for honesty and integrity, which all comes back to a customer-centric business model. They recently decided to merge with Steve and Hillary McSpadden, to form The McSpadden Team. This was an easy decision for Bob and Heather, as we all share a passion for the Vail Valley, our profession, and most importantly, we share an uncompromising dedication to our principles.
