She knows the business inside and out to where other brokers are calling her for advice. She told us exactly what would happen before it would happen like predicting which buyer would be the most serious and how long the inspection and appraisal would take to complete. She communicated early and often about showings and helped us stick to our available windows of time. And in the end the house sold quickly and for the price we were hoping for.
