Heather was spot on with us! She knew from the first time we met her exactly what we were looking for in a place in Cape Coral! We established parameters on what type of condo and location on her portal. We started to get listings right away from her. Within a week we had picked out two that we really liked. She set up a virtual tour for us and we liked one of them. We actually put an offer based on her reaction of the condo. We were very confident in her and her abilit y to show this particular condo. We were able to set up an inspection the next week, we flew down and absolutely fell in love with it. Heather communicated with us on everything single step of the way.
