When I began looking for a sellers agent I looked at the reviews in Cullman as well as the 2025 Cullman Times Best of the Best award for Realty. The people had spoken and they voted for SR4 Realty. While looking thru the wonderful agents at SR4 I noticed Heather's reviews. Comments like, awesome, positive, can do attitude, amazing and great to communicate with were just a few words used to describe her. The reviews were spot on! From the beginning to closing the process was seamless. Heather's knowledge of the housing market as well as the area was second to none. She took on our need to sell our home as her personal burden. There was never a time that I called or texted her when she didn't reply within mere minutes. She kept us up to date every step of the way. So for my review I would echo the words of others. My experience was that she is Awesome, Amazing, Fast, Knowledgeable, Positive, Caring, Devoted, She has a can do attitude, She is a team player and has a great working relationship with others in the community.
