My husband and I are first-time home buyers; Heather could easily have tried to take advantage of that, but instead she was always candid, fair, and sincerely interested in helping us learn. Other real estate agents we worked with seemed to think that every house (even the worst of them) was the perfect home for us, but Heather - who seemed to have truly listened to our requests & concerns - was quick to point out truths that others wouldn't; for this, we were quite grateful. Victoria took beautiful photos of our house, and the listing looked so professional. Stacy was always available for questions and very helpful when we needed a POA for closing. We had two offers within a week of the house being on the market. We got what we wanted for our house and then some. The whole process took just over 3 months, and wed use Heather over and over again.
