Interview a couple different agents over the phone and find out what they can do to help you before you decide to work with one.....Make sure the Agent that is helping you is more concerned about what is important to you and works at your pace not theirs. Ask the Agent to show you a home and meet them BEFORE you agree to work just with them...SEE HOW THEY WORK...don't be forced to sign a contract with them immediately.
