Interview a couple different agents over the phone and find out what they can do to help you before you decide to work with one.....Make sure the Agent that is helping you is more concerned about what is important to you and works at your pace not theirs. Ask the Agent to show you a home and meet them BEFORE you agree to work just with them...SEE HOW THEY WORK...don't be forced to sign a contract with them immediately.

Make sure when interviewing agents to work with you that you find someone that is looking to listen to your needs about what is important to YOU and not trying to sell you on how great they are or their company is.....Look for an agent that is going to be honest with you about Value and not tell you what you want to hear just to get your listing.
