My studies emphasized human interaction, negotiation, psychology, public relations, and public speaking. My degree aids not only to successful client relationships, but productive internal team member relations as well. I have an effective ability to convey ideas, facilitate a group environment, understand alternative opinions and prevent or resolve any misunderstandings should they arise.
