FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Don’t just focus on the house, focus on the life you want to live there. A home is more than square footage or finishes; it’s where your mornings start and your memories are made. I always say, "we'll it's home when you where to put the Christmas tree".
My advice? Get clear on your priorities; what feels like ‘home’ to you and work with someone who truly listens. I help my buyers look past staging and paint colors to see what’s possible, and I guide them through the process with honesty, clarity, and care. It’s not just a transaction, it’s a transition. And I’m here to make sure it’s one that feels right every step of the way.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
In today’s market, presentation is everything. My biggest advice to sellers? Don’t just list, but launch your home. That means pricing strategically, staging thoughtfully, and making sure your home tells a compelling story the moment a buyer walks in (or scrolls by). I personally stage every listing because I know what helps a home stand out and sell. It’s a tough market right now, but the right preparation and guidance can make all the difference. You only get one chance to make a first impression, let’s make it count.”
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve had the privilege of working with all kinds of clients over the years from first-time buyers who need someone to walk them through every step, families relocating to the Hill Country and needing guidance beyond just the home search, and sellers who want help making their home market-ready. I’ve worked with luxury clients, landowners, and investors, too. What they all have in common is that they’re looking for someone who will really listen, offer honest advice, and take the stress out of the process. I’m hands-on with staging, I bring an eye for design, and I genuinely care about helping each client make the right move for their life, not just their budget.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my favorite recent transactions started as a referral from a referral, which always feels extra special. This couple fell in love with a home that was absolutely beautiful, it had all the charm and was definitely going to get multiple offers. I met their kids at the showing and did a video tour for the whole family so they could feel confident about the decision. I knew we had to move fast, and I was able to negotiate not only the home but many of the furnishings too, all with a quick close. It ended up being such a smooth, happy process. Now they’re more than clients, they’re friends. When they’re in town, we meet up for happy hour, and I love keeping up with their family. It’s those relationships that make this job so meaningful to me.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in real estate after years of being a stay-at-home mom to my three kids. Once they were older, I knew it was time to finally pursue something I’d always dreamed of helping people find ‘home.’ I’ve always had a deep love for houses, design, and creating spaces that feel warm and welcoming. More than that, I’ve always been someone who values connection, and real estate gave me the chance to build real relationships while guiding people through one of the biggest transitions in their lives. It’s not just about buying or selling, it’s about making sure every client feels supported, heard, and cared for from start to finish. That’s what drew me in, and that’s what still drives me today.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I’ve always believed in going the extra mile, and I think that’s part of why I was honored with Magnolia Realty’s Surprise and Delight Award in 2022. It meant so much to be recognized for going above and beyond every day. I’ve also earned my CREN, SRS, and ABR designations because I really value continuing to learn and grow in this business. Whether I’m negotiating, helping a seller prepare their home, or guiding a first-time buyer, I want my clients to feel like they’re in the best hands possible.
